In the beginning of the semester I set up one of my goals, writing a lexis set every week, so I can learn some new idioms or phrasal verbs. I decided to do this because I feel my vocabulary isn't large enough.
Here is the result of my trying.
If I had to reflect on it, I would have to say it was very demanding to work on it each week, since it was up to me only. In the end I made only 8 lexis sets. But I am still glad I made some. And the vocabulary in them was mostly useful. I always tried to mix it with something completely new and something I already passively know.
